Yes, the frame is becoming as essential as the content-both by revelation..the medium and the message both revealing
The Word. Like in Christian culture, there are many newer books which have Divine content, but not a Divinely revealed frame.
But both should be from heaven downwards-you see this in Andrew’s work and life, and I think this is the more whole way, and
another reason He is raising up artist–in the Hebrew scriptures, you see the blueprint itself as divine, and the artist working from
this revelation-it was not just the Glory which entered that was Divine-it was the frame itself which He shot down (heavenly downloading!) Both the frame and the stuff inside can be from Heaven!
